Pediatric RN – Mobile Teams

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Administer Childhood Immunizations for children aged 18 months and older.

• Provide Covid-19 Vaccinations.

• Offer Influenza Vaccinations during the flu season.

• Conduct pre-screenings for Covid-19 symptoms in patients.

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment.

• Complete necessary screening paperwork.

• Supervise and lead CMAs, MA-Rs, medical scribes, and LPNs during vaccination clinics.

• Respond effectively in case of any adverse reactions.

• Assist with the daily set-up and tear-down of the clinic site.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting is preferred.

• A valid and active Department of Health (DOH) RN credential is required; please note that Washington State does not participate in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

• Empathy, compassion, reliability, and kindness are essential qualities.

• Basic computer proficiency and overall technical aptitude are necessary.

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Capability to stand for extended periods.

• Proficient in vaccinating both pediatric and adult populations (ages 18 months and older).

• Experience in childhood immunizations is mandatory, including assessing immunization histories, accurately identifying immunization needs, developing detailed immunization administration plans, and providing thorough health education related to immunizations.
