Pediatric Occupational Therapy – Child Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Foster child development and deliver early intervention services to children facing developmental challenges, including offering appropriate guidance to parents.

• Offer advice and encourage growth in various domains, including addressing developmental and behavioral issues in children.

• Guide parents on child development and suggest play activities that enhance learning for each age group.

• Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure comprehensive interdisciplinary care.

• Maintain precise patient records while safeguarding the confidentiality of patient information.

• Engage in consultation and supervision meetings.

• Continuously enhance knowledge and skills in the field.

• Participate in company-sponsored conferences, workshops, and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in psychology, development, or occupational therapy.

• Proven ability to deliver evidence-based remote psychological interventions.

• Familiarity with various assessment tools, including cognitive, personality, and diagnostic measures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently as required.
