This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform thorough and impartial reviews of medical charts, emphasizing honesty and integrity.
β’ Generate determinations that are clear, concise, and strongly backed by evidence.
β’ Adhere to MMROβs review templates to ensure that all necessary elements are complete and accurate.
β’ Present findings professionally using suitable language and grammar.
β’ Fulfill assigned reviews by the established deadlines.
β’ Respond swiftly to inquiries from MMRO staff.
β’ Review and follow corporate training materials and review standards.
β’ Be open to constructive feedback from MMROβs Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, and Clinical Staff.
β’ Share ideas aimed at process improvement and quality enhancement.
β’ Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state or territory.
β’ Maintain certification from a board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
β’ Have a minimum of five (5) years of full-time equivalent experience (37.5β40 hours per week) in providing direct clinical care to patients.
β’ Hold current clinical experience within the last three (3) years.
