This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• The Clinical Manager (CM) is tasked with overseeing the provision of high-quality clinical services for a designated group of patients.
• The CM guarantees that all assigned caregivers undergo standardized, comprehensive, and effective training.
• Collaborates with the Director of Nursing (DON) and the Director of Operations (DOO) to identify, interview, and onboard caregivers.
• Ensures the completion of thorough assessments during admission, recertification, post-hospitalization, and on an as-needed basis for all assigned patients.
• Manages patient care through supervision and care coordination for all assigned patients, including the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensures adherence to the competency program and provides necessary educational support for caregivers' skills development.
• Encourages employee engagement and retention.
• Engages in the review of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with all State, Federal, and Accreditation standards.
• Participates in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Assists management in developing and implementing new products and services.
• RN Nursing Degree.
• Active RN License in the state of employment or a Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where applicable.
• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Familiarity with home care regulatory and federal requirements.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, sound independent judgment, initiative, and strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel to Family First office locations and patient homes within the designated area.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, teaching, and training abilities.
• Innovative thinker with a capacity for creativity and “thinking outside the box.”
