Pedagogy Specialist – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify learner errors and correlate them with the appropriate grammar rules, then create explanations that clarify the mistakes.

• Assess grammar exercises and answer content for precision and educational value in Spanish learning resources.

• Relate insights from lessons back to fundamental grammar concepts to ensure that the learning material progresses logically.

• Utilize learner data to enhance and improve Spanish learning content continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in linguistics, Spanish philology, education, or a relevant discipline.

• A solid understanding of Spanish grammar and error analysis.

• Experience in evaluating, annotating, or reviewing educational content for quality — experience in EdTech or AI-assisted learning is a significant advantage.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (CEFR C1 or above).

• Advanced proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or above).
