Pedagogical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implements and oversees pedagogical-administrative activities; accountable for structuring, supervising, and managing B2G (and/or B2B) projects.

• Develops the study and application of necessary resources for project evaluation and monitoring.

• Designs and organizes B2G/B2B implementation projects.

• Creates and delivers effective solutions to guarantee successful project execution.

• Analyzes the current situation of the school or network and identifies needs for efficient project implementation.

• Designs project evaluations and carries them out.

• Develops and evaluates the project activity organization plan.

• Conducts assessments to identify the main strengths and weaknesses of the project.

• Provides thorough pedagogical monitoring, ensuring that educational solutions are impactful.

• Establishes indicators and metrics to track the project's progress.

• Prepares project reports that include achieved metrics and indicators, along with proposed solutions for any identified needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Languages/Literature, Psychology, or related disciplines.

• Postgraduate degree in Education or related fields.

• Preferred: a minimum of 1 year of experience in a school or school network in pedagogical and/or administrative positions such as Pedagogical Advisor, Tutoring Analyst, Pedagogical Analyst, Academic Analyst, or similar roles.

• Experience in institutional educational projects (third sector/nonprofit organizations, scientific research).
