This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Highly skilled in project management, taking into account WellDyne’s operational workflows and protocols to ensure the successful delivery of WellDyne’s services.
• Provides support to Sales and Client Services, which includes direct interactions with clients and/or their representatives.
• Manages implementations, ensuring the accuracy of information provided to both the plan sponsor and members.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration between departments as it pertains to managed accounts, including Finance, IT, Clinical, and other relevant divisions.
• Plays a leading role in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal quality assurance, and efficiency measures to enhance the service experience.
• Generates objective reports for the WellDyne leadership team on critical path items, opportunities, and overall customer status.
• Utilizes communication strategies and appropriate information positioning to effectively convey messages to various client types.
• Capable of analyzing workflows and efficiency in collaboration with other departmental teams.
• Engages in and comprehends ongoing trends in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) market, including product knowledge, national benchmarks, pharmacology, and the company’s offerings, pricing, capabilities, and limitations.
• Must possess expertise in the software systems utilized by the PBM as well as knowledge of its product offerings and services.
• Conducts post-implementation evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and develop new processes to mitigate risks for future implementations.
• A four-year college degree or a minimum of two years' experience in customer or client services or project management is required for this position.
• Experience in PBM and/or a background in project management is essential.
• Continuous learning in the pharmacy benefit management sector and ongoing development of product knowledge in areas such as PBM, pharmacology, company-specific offerings, pricing elements, and capabilities and limitations of the company is required.
