PB Claims Solutions Analyst – Install

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Contribute to OCHIN’s mission by utilizing extensive technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• Address intricate technical challenges and enhance processes.

• Execute creative solutions for member clinics adopting Epic.

• Align technical initiatives with organizational goals.

• Encourage collaboration with stakeholders who may not have a technical background.

• Create, document, and implement solution functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst.

• Ideally, 3 years of experience in building the Epic PB module.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with application and technical teams, as well as end users.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused.

• Proactive, self-driven, and oriented towards finding solutions.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, approximately 10-12 times a year.
