This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collect and oversee weekly timesheets to guarantee prompt submission and manager approval.
• Precisely input payroll information into the ERP system, encompassing new hires, tax declarations, and banking modifications.
• Update and monitor leave requests in relation to employee entitlements.
• Assist in the preliminary validation of pay runs to identify any missing data or entry mistakes.
• Prepare administrative documentation for new employees and manage basic termination data processing.
• Generate weekly and monthly system reports, including payroll summaries and leave balances.
• Compile information to aid in addressing basic employee payroll inquiries.
• Assist in preparing data files for quarterly Superannuation contributions.
• Ensure all payroll records are digitally organized in accordance with data privacy regulations.
• 2–4 years of experience in a payroll, accounting, or data-entry oriented position.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and table formatting.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to quickly identify numerical discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills for successful team collaboration.
• High comfort level in learning new software and ERP systems.
• Awareness of the significance of confidentiality within a payroll context.
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Prior experience supporting an Australian company.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
