This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist the team in the preparation of the monthly payroll.
• Manage payroll processing for a designated group of practices.
• Update and maintain all employee master data within the HR software (Personio).
• Address payroll-related inquiries effectively.
• Provide support for general telephone and written correspondence, including communications with health insurance providers, insurers, offices, and authorities.
• Oversee mandatory reporting and the issuance of certificates.
• Contribute to various projects, such as process optimization and the introduction of benefits.
• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong professional experience in the relevant areas of responsibility.
• Familiarity with Personio and DATEV (Payroll) is an advantage.
• A keen interest in administrative and office-organizational tasks.
• Communicative, open-minded, and service-oriented disposition.
• Ability to work independently and accountably, with enthusiasm for team collaboration.
• Fluent in German, with proficiency at least at the C1 level.

• Experience short decision-making paths.
• Enjoy flat hierarchies and work alongside a team of experienced colleagues.

• Achieve a balance between remote and on-site work – with 2 days of remote work per week.
