• Facilitate global payroll cycles by verifying time data prior to processing.
• Guarantee accurate employee compensation in accordance with total hours worked and overtime regulations.
• Acquire knowledge and provide support for specific time tracking and payment regulations across various regions.
• Serve as the point of contact for time and attendance matters for staff, aiding new hires and training managers.
• Recognize bottlenecks and enhance time tracking processes in collaboration with Payroll and HR teams.
• Generate detailed reports on overtime trends and attendance behaviors.
• Assist in audits and internal evaluations to keep records "audit-ready."
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or related data/process roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in working with systems, data, and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with international payroll intricacies and time-tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with global stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently during evening shifts.
