This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Assist in payroll operations throughout the entire payroll life cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Offer support to the payroll team.
• Enhance the skills and development of colleagues through training sessions and coaching, enabling them to excel in their roles while taking on champion responsibilities for innovation.
• Capable of providing comprehensive support for payroll and the payroll team in accordance with established standards and client needs, covering all related payroll tasks and transactions.
• Proficient in utilizing the hrX suite of tools in relation to payroll processing and associated activities.
• Conduct, assist, and oversee a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when issues arise that lead to client escalations, ensuring the implementation of mitigating actions.
• Actively identify upselling opportunities and assist in the Change Request process when deviations from the contractually established standard scope of service are recognized.
• Comprehend both standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting requirements as dictated by customer contracts and service scope.
• Stay informed about legislative requirements, system updates, changes, and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation roadmap.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and requests from the team and clients, supporting the Operations Manager with client engagement activities.
• Update, maintain, and enforce the use of Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
• Possess the ability to recognize and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Capable of resolving and assisting with technical and functional issues escalated by other team members and clients.
• Ensure compliant usage of all systems.
• Support and maintain the client solution workbook and provide functional assistance as needed.
• Engage in and champion innovation initiatives to foster continuous improvement.
• Assist and guide project implementations and go-lives.
