This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Execute payroll processing from start to finish in accordance with client specifications.
• Oversee and manage ticket queues effectively.
• Employ payroll processing tools efficiently.
• Analyze payslips and adhere to the payroll calendar.
• Recognize and resolve any discrepancies from standard services.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
• Generate both standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation.
• Address payroll inquiries promptly.
• Uphold established work instructions.
• Capable of processing payroll independently from start to finish, adhering to defined standards and client specifications, including all related payroll tasks.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues using suitable BI tools to ensure timely handling and maintain expected thresholds.
• Proficient in utilizing the hrX suite of tools relevant to payroll processing and associated activities.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret payslips accurately.
• Familiarity with the payroll calendar and its guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies from the standard scope of service and take appropriate action, including identifying and supporting change request opportunities.
• Capability to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information properly.
• Generate and understand both standard and client-specific payroll reports, including requirements for statutory year-end reporting.
• Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness, initiating corrections according to defined standards.
• Respond to payroll-related questions and requests effectively.
• Support and implement SOC1 Controls.
• Maintain and apply defined work instructions (DWIs) consistently.
• Conduct transactions with third parties.
• Provide thorough knowledge transfers to colleagues.
• Assist in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process.
• Support and manage system maintenance testing.
• Aid in coordinating and resolving technical issues.
• Stay updated on legislative requirements, system updates, changes, and overall payroll procedures.
