This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee the processing of both Global Payroll (GP) and Employer of Record (EOR) payrolls, ensuring calculations, filings, and reports are accurate, timely, and compliant.

• Regularly update and maintain precise payroll records and employee information within the Remote platform and payroll software systems.

• Manage the Zendesk ticket queue, delivering prompt and professional responses.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers (GP) and both internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries and procedures.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with payroll vendors to guarantee quality, accuracy, and timely service delivery.

• Continuously enhance payroll processes while staying informed about internal payroll projects and updates.

• Ensure complete data integrity throughout all payroll systems and processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll best practices and local compliance regulations.

• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

• An analytical mindset accompanied by problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to swiftly adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in identifying opportunities for improvement.

• A proactive mindset, consistently seeking ways to streamline and enhance workflows.

• Over 5 years of experience in payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.

• Experience with in-house payroll processing, Social Security filings, and vendor management is a significant advantage.

• Customer-facing experience, adept at resolving issues and guiding clients and prospects through local payroll processes and inquiries.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
