This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Process weekly timesheets for clinicians across multiple states for payroll purposes.
• Investigate and resolve issues and inquiries related to payroll.
• Accurately compile, record, and process both manual and electronic timesheets along with facility timekeeping reports on a weekly basis.
• Review hours and payment information to identify and rectify discrepancies in payroll timesheets.
• Communicate with clinicians through text, email, and phone regarding payroll concerns.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with payroll laws.
• Serve as a resource or subject matter expert for internal teams, including mentoring new Payroll Specialists.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient in Smartsheet and the Microsoft Office Suite, which includes Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Previous experience in payroll is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
