This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You oversee payroll operations for various clients, particularly emphasizing Germany.
• You ensure that all pertinent payroll information is accurately recorded, verified, and communicated to payroll partners.
• You generate payroll reports, reconcile them, and meticulously document all essential details.
• You examine incoming and outgoing payroll data for any errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
• You remain informed about German tax, social security, and payroll regulations.
• You collaborate with local accountants and payroll partners to ensure compliance with all legal obligations.
• You address clients' payroll inquiries professionally, reliably, and within agreed timelines.
• You work in close coordination with Customer Experience, Accounting, Operations, and other internal teams.
• You contribute to making processes more streamlined, efficient, and scalable.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in German payroll.
• Familiarity with German payroll processes, practices, and best practices.
• Experience in international payroll is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of business, accounting, and financial principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
