This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Responsible for precise monthly payroll processing and validation of payroll outcomes.
• Investigate discrepancies in payroll information and documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance with procedures prior to processing.
• Calculate statutory and occupational sickness payments, as well as maternity and paternity leave.
• Collaborate with the Social Security Institution and Tax Office.
• Manage the Social Security platform "Płatnik" and "ZUS PUE".
• Oversee disability fund submissions on e-Pfron and generate reports for the Statistical Office.
• Address payroll inquiries presented by clients.
• Assist in the preparation of annual PIT declarations and insurance confirmations.
• Foster positive, collaborative working relationships to ensure open communication and strong partnerships with both the team and clients.
• Strong experience and knowledge in processing Polish payroll.
• Familiarity with Polish Payroll Software (Symfonia, enova365).
• Intermediate to business-level proficiency in English.
• Solid understanding of current Polish legislation and statutory requirements.
