This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist team associates and specialists in independently processing payroll.
• Ensure adherence to the Payroll calendar and comprehend both standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Efficiently manage and oversee ticket queues utilizing appropriate tools to ensure timely handling of tickets.
• Proactively manage and track all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) using suitable tools.
• Identify and manage deviations from the contractually defined standard scope.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to coach, develop action plans that enhance performance, provide effective feedback, and share relevant business updates as necessary.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Solid understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Payroll administration within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate setting.
• Preferred knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Payroll certifications are a plus.
• Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects.
