This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist Operations Managers and team members to ensure payroll delivery is consistent, timely, and accurate for assigned countries and clients.
• Proactively monitor and manage resources to minimize risk to customers.
• Aid Operations Managers in the creation of the annual payroll calendar and ensure adherence by clients.
• Effectively oversee and manage all client SLAs using suitable BI tools to ensure targets are met; collaborate with Operations Managers to identify root causes and develop action plans if targets are not achieved.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools related to payroll processing and associated tasks.
• Conduct, support, and manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when issues arise leading to client escalation, ensuring that mitigating actions are put in place.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding payroll activities.
• Adhere to all security compliance protocols while managing security incidents according to the established process.
• Provide support throughout the sales life cycle, including payroll practices and legislative requirements.
• Enhance and develop colleagues through training delivery and coaching to enable them to succeed in their roles.
• Oversee schedule adherence, team productivity, capacity, and utilization.
• Assist in the coordination and resolution of technical issues.
• Stay updated on legislative requirements, system updates, changes, and overall payroll procedures.
• Foster a professional environment by correcting behaviors and enforcing business etiquette.
• Previous experience in Team Management.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or similar corporate setting focused on the British or Irish region.
• Experience in managing stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
