Payroll Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the industry authority for all payroll processes and best practices at Sprout Solutions.

• Ensure precise, timely, and essential timekeeping and payroll processes utilizing Sprout’s technological solutions.

• Oversee all responsibilities assigned to clients.

• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any concerns.

• Maintain comprehensive records of payroll documentation and transactions.

• Cultivate subject matter expertise in Philippine payroll and human resources.

• Diligently manage and adhere to all payroll regulatory, tax, and statutory obligations.

• Stay updated on payroll and HR policies, trends, and other industry best practices.

• Guarantee that the client company meets all reporting requirements accurately and punctually.

• Foster strong relationships with the client's personnel and management teams.

• Rigorously follow the administrative policies of Sprout Solutions Phils., Inc., along with the policies of the client organization.

• Ensure that Sprout Solutions’ business integrity is maintained through your actions and decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end Philippine payroll.

• Experience in payroll outsourcing within the Philippines.

• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (DOLE standards).

• Proficient knowledge of timekeeping, payroll audits, and government-mandated deductions.

• Solid understanding of Excel formulas and data validation.

• Basic knowledge of payroll software is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Possess a sense of urgency along with effective time and priority management skills.

• Good analytical and planning abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
