This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Execute comprehensive payroll processing from start to finish, primarily focusing on Canada and US payroll.

• Oversee payroll cycles across various regions, ensuring precision and punctuality.

• Manage payroll data inputs, calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations.

• Assist with global year-end payroll processes, tax submissions, and reporting.

• Administer benefits for Canada and the US.

• Oversee international benefits in collaboration with global vendors and local brokers across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

• Process enrollments, life events, terminations, and benefit updates on a global scale.

• Ensure adherence to regional benefits regulations.

• Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, state, and international payroll laws.

• Monitor and implement updates to global payroll and benefits regulations.

• Serve as the escalation point for payroll and benefits inquiries.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors on a global level.

• Manage and enhance payroll systems such as UKG, Workday, CloudPay, ADP, or equivalent.

• A minimum of 10 years of payroll experience, including over 3 years in a Payroll Lead or Manager position.

• Practical experience in processing payroll for Canada and the US.

• Demonstrated history as a payroll practitioner actively managing payroll cycles.

• Experience with global payroll in regions such as EMEA, LATAM, and APAC is preferred.

• Proven experience in administering North American and international benefits.

• Strong numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).

• Ability to handle multiple time zones, meet deadlines, and manage complex data.

• A high level of confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with payroll/HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, CloudPay, ADP, etc.).
