• Offer expert consultation and support regarding payroll inquiries, policies, and systems to both managers and colleagues.
• Accurately process payroll data in a timely manner, adhering to established Service Level Agreements.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Oversee and monitor payroll activities, proactively addressing issues to prevent any impact on deadlines.
• Assist with critical functions such as end-of-year reporting, pay reviews, and updates to HRIS.
• Extensive payroll knowledge and experience handling large, multi-frequency payrolls.
• Proficient IT skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical, pragmatic approach.
• A customer-oriented attitude complemented by excellent communication and influencing skills.
