This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Serve as a genuine subject matter expert for the Nordics, with a primary focus on Denmark.
• Participate in Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead.
• Engage in Sales hand-over, Lead client hand-over, and client kick-off calls.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage the process from inception through to Parallel runs and the initial month of 'Live' payroll before transitioning to Payroll Operations.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all decisions made during the implementation process and ensure Payroll Operations has full visibility, including any Standard Operating Procedures they require for 'Business As Usual.'
• Create and uphold detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the implementation process, including internal teams and customers.
• Develop and execute standardized payroll processes, project plans, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide continuous support during and after implementation to address any issues or challenges.
• Assist the broader implementation team, including Payroll Generalists, and the operations team.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
• Proficient in implementing and enhancing processes.
• Capable of mentoring, supporting, and leading our Payroll Generalists who will be collaborating with you.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our platform, conducting UAT testing through to deployment, ensuring all modifications are documented.
• Extensive payroll experience within a client payroll context.
• In-depth legislative knowledge of the region, particularly in Denmark.
• Experience in payroll implementation.
• Strong communication abilities to explain payroll processes and issues to customers and other stakeholders.
• Significant experience using Intega payroll software in Denmark.
• Profound knowledge of local payroll tools and software such as SAP and Excel / Google Sheets.
• An analytical mindset paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment with a commitment to making an impact.
• Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
• A productivity enthusiast who constantly seeks ways to enhance and expedite their work.
• Understanding of the necessity and ideal of predominantly working asynchronously.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• While not mandatory, experience working remotely is considered a plus.
