This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Provide support for Product Performance Monitoring.

• Assist in gathering and consolidating support performance data.

• Aid in the identification of recurring issues and trends for team analysis.

• Help in the preparation of KPI dashboards and reports for governance meetings.

• Contribute to the documentation of performance insights.

• Offer support to IT Run Operations.

• Monitor ticket queues and assist in basic prioritization activities under supervision.

• Aid in tracking SLA compliance and the evolution of backlogs.

• Help maintain visibility of operational status across support teams.

• Participate in Daily/Weekly Operational Reviews (DORs/WORs) and document meeting outcomes.

• Assist in preparing materials for the Monthly Operational Review (MOR).

• Help track action items and follow-up activities.

• Support communication with vendors under guidance.

• Assist in gathering updates on ongoing issues and improvements.

• Gain exposure to global stakeholder management.

• Support the creation and updating of knowledge articles.

• Assist in documenting processes and best practices.

• Contribute to improvement initiatives driven by the team.

• Bachelor’s degree (currently pursuing or recently completed), preferably in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Strong interest in IT systems, operations, or the payroll domain.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of Excel and reporting tools.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Ability to work in a structured and collaborative setting.
