This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Ensuring that employees of our clients receive their monthly salaries accurately and punctually.
• Entering data into the system, performing validation, and executing calculations.
• Handling statutory documentation processing.
• Managing payroll operations and addressing employee inquiries via email or phone.
• Generating reports, reconciling accounts, and facilitating payments.
• Testing functionalities of the payroll system.
• Proficient English and outstanding communication abilities - C1 level minimum - as you will collaborate closely with clients in the UK.
• Prior experience in HR or Payroll is a valuable asset.
• Strong analytical skills - capable of integrating various data sets to assess situations effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent time management skills, enabling you to organize your time efficiently and meet tight deadlines, even under pressure.
