Payroll Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Engage and coordinate the team in all daily service operations.

• Ensure the team is adequately resourced, trained, and skilled to meet deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.

• Responsible for the adherence to all relevant internal standard processes.

• Actively manage, monitor progress, and address specific needs for each individual team member.

• Exhibit decision-making capabilities that align with all company and service policies.

• Assist associates and specialists in becoming capable of independently managing tasks from start to finish.

• Oversee and track ticket queues utilizing appropriate tools.

• Monitor all client SLAs and ensure compliance with the reporting calendar.

• Conduct, support, and manage a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when issues arise.

• Aid in identifying deviations from the contractually defined standard service scope.

• Identify and resolve potential inefficiencies within processes.

• Provide constructive feedback and share relevant business updates as necessary.

• Manage access permissions for all applicable systems for their team.

• Ensure compliant utilization of all systems and company assets.

• Conduct performance reviews for their team in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

• Oversee schedule adherence, team productivity, capacity, and utilization.

• Support and comply with all security compliance protocols.

• Participate in additional projects and activities as required and assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate environment.

• Knowledge of HRIS systems: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred.

• Experience in team management.

• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced work environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team setting, as well as independently while adhering to established processes and procedures.

• BA/BS degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
