This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary payroll authority for your designated country, possessing extensive knowledge of local laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Keep track of and evaluate forthcoming regulatory changes by collaborating closely with the Compliance Alerts team, industry groups (such as the Global Payroll Association), and government updates.

• Collaborate with the Product Development team to provide insights and influence the product roadmap, ensuring that country-specific functionalities remain current.

• Regularly update and maintain country workbooks to reflect new legislative requirements and compliance modifications.

• Review current payroll processes and suggest enhancements to reduce inefficiencies and decrease manual tasks.

• Propel the advancement of Strada Pay by refining product functionality, cost efficiency, and user experience tailored to local market demands.

• Lead ongoing improvement initiatives for Strada Pay's methodology, delivery approach, templates, and standards within your country.

• Offer subject matter expertise and strategic advice to Strada Pay project teams during client implementations, ensuring seamless transitions to operational use.

• Serve as a gatekeeper for client customization requests, maintaining a balance between innovation, standardization, and compliance.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts by demonstrating Strada Pay's capabilities to potential clients, sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices.

• Work in partnership with colleagues across the Country Champion network to exchange knowledge and foster global alignment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Payroll or HR Outsourcing.

• In-depth understanding of payroll procedures, regulations, and compliance standards within your assigned region or country.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics into clear, actionable insights.

• Highly detail-oriented and process-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and customer service orientation.

• Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, global work environment.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
