This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.
• Overseeing modifications to employment contracts, including changes made after the initial onboarding process such as salary adjustments and benefits provided.
• Keeping and managing all pertinent employee documentation throughout the employment lifecycle, adhering to local compliance and record-keeping standards.
• Acting as the primary contact for employee inquiries.
• Ensuring prompt responses to questions from employees, internal support teams, ICP/ICE, and clients.
• Facilitating compliant offboarding processes for all employees, whether on indefinite or fixed-term contracts, which may involve voluntary or involuntary terminations.
• Ensuring that background checks are conducted as needed if not completed before the first payroll through Implementation.
• Timely and accurate processing of payroll payments to employees.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of all company payroll policies and government regulations affecting payroll preparation.
• Investigating and rectifying payroll reports, identifying discrepancies in payroll balances.
• Conducting necessary reviews and approving payroll reports in relation to stored information and client input.
• Monitoring KPIs, internal reporting, payroll schedules, and master payroll entries periodically.
• Collaborating with clients to gather and communicate expert in-country requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Managing the funding and billing processes for payroll, completing charging sheets, and generating sales invoices.
• Demonstrated experience in Payroll, with a solid understanding of processing, salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Knowledge of payroll concepts and familiarity with local payroll legislation in supported countries is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail and analytical skills; skilled in identifying, resolving, and mitigating issues.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize workload.
