Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in dynamic projects within the payroll sector

• Collaborate closely with various departments

• Provide clients with expert advice on all payroll-related issues

• Implement innovative HR software solutions

• Analyze and enhance current processes

• Independently carry out payroll calculations

• Act as a primary contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in commerce or an equivalent qualification

• Proven experience in managing payroll independently

• Strong understanding of German payroll tax and social security legislation

• Familiarity with payroll systems, preferably SAP

• Ability to work independently, accurately, and reliably

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and resilient

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• Ideally possess English language skills
