This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Manage the complete processing and verification of payroll and benefits-related invoices, ensuring precision, thoroughness, and timely payments.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll and benefits invoice inquiries from employees and HR partners, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in booking and payments following established protocols and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to address more intricate issues, escalating matters to the People Leader or senior team members as necessary.
• Build and sustain robust working relationships with HR, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth payroll and benefits invoice transactions.
• Recognize recurring issues or gaps in processes and suggest enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Background in Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Service Delivery.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Invoice Management.
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills.
• Capability to navigate a complex and fast-paced work environment across multiple stakeholder groups with ease and efficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal mediums, consistently providing high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks with varying deadlines and complexities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and propose creative and collaborative solutions.
• Previous experience with Workday and any ticketing system is a plus.
