This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Executes all payroll-related transactions and activities throughout the entire payroll life cycle to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Independently manages the complete Polish payroll process in accordance with established standards and client specifications.
• Oversee and administer ticket queues utilizing the appropriate tools.
• Capable of using the hrX suite of tools related to payroll processing.
• Possess the ability to understand and interpret payslips.
• Recognize deviations from the standard service scope and respond appropriately.
• Able to identify and appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Generate and comprehend both standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Polish payroll position.
• Experience in business analysis.
• Background in a global organization with a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience within HR consulting, payroll, and outsourcing industries.
