Payroll Analyst – FTC, Mat cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Accountable for managing the global payroll cycle for over 400 International Employees.

• Ensure precise payroll preparation and processing along with associated duties such as tax filing and reporting.

• Validate gross-to-net payroll calculations and manage payroll registers.

• Conduct pre- and post-payroll reconciliations.

• Collaborate with 3rd Party Vendors for various filing obligations.

• Safeguard confidential Employee information within the personnel database.

• Support the Accounting team with international audits and General Ledger Reconciliation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in multi-country payroll processing, preferably within the EMEA and APAC regions.

• Familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and CloudPay is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in global payroll software platforms.

• Capability to manage competing deadlines across various time zones and payroll schedules.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to payroll accuracy and a zero-defect mindset.

• Experience in supporting payroll implementations.
