This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee comprehensive payroll management for independent contractors (PJ), which includes daily, weekly, and biweekly payment schedules.

• Manage high-volume payroll operations, effectively handling multiple CNPJs (company tax registrations) concurrently.

• Provide support to employees to address and resolve payroll-related inquiries.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the finance department.

• Ensure precision and systematic organization in payroll processes.

• Proven experience in managing high-volume payrolls, ideally for 100+ individuals, with a preference for those managing 200+.

• Familiarity with handling multiple CNPJs at the same time.

• Previous experience in an accounting firm is advantageous; senior-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Possess an analytical and organized mindset, coupled with strong communication abilities.

• No specific ERP system is mandated; however, experience with the Senior system is regarded as a benefit.
