This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Manage the complete processing of assigned EMEA payrolls on a monthly basis, ensuring full adherence to local regulations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex payroll systems, particularly in regions such as France and Germany.
• Promote scalable and standardized payroll practices throughout the EMEA region while ensuring compliance with specific country regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, and external vendors on various initiatives.
• Guarantee the timely and precise execution of all statutory filings, tax obligations, and year-end reporting requirements.
• 3–5+ years of payroll expertise with an emphasis on EMEA payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
• Extensive experience in managing complex payrolls, particularly in countries like France and Germany, along with knowledge of country-specific regulations.
• Proven experience working across multiple EMEA countries in a multinational setting is essential.
• Thorough understanding of statutory requirements including tax laws, labor regulations, social security, pensions, benefits, terminations, and transfers.
• Familiarity with Workday Payroll is highly preferred.
• Experience in processing equity transactions such as RSUs, stock options, and ESPP.
