This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Manage and implement comprehensive payroll processes from start to finish, ensuring precision, adherence to regulations, and timely execution for designated employee groups or clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather, verify, and manage payroll information.
• Examine payroll data, which includes onboarding new employees, processing terminations, adjusting compensation, and handling statutory deductions.
• Guarantee compliance with applicable local, state, and international payroll laws as well as company policies.
• Aid in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports, payslips, and other relevant documentation.
• Support payroll audits, address discrepancies, and handle payroll-related queries.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of payroll processes, systems, and controls.
• Uphold confidentiality and data security for all payroll-related information.
• Engage in payroll projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Offer subject matter expertise and assistance to colleagues and management regarding payroll issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline (most common and preferred).
• 2–4 years of pertinent payroll or accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.
