This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Input and manage employee payroll information, encompassing new hires, terminations, and modifications.
• Verify timekeeping records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in executing bi-weekly and monthly payroll processes across various countries.
• Aid in the preparation of off-cycle payments and payroll modifications.
• Address basic payroll questions and escalate more complex issues as necessary.
• Offer guidance regarding pay statements and the setup of banking information.
• Maintain precise payroll records and documentation for intricate pay groups.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws in challenging jurisdictions.
• Adhere to standardized payroll procedures and contribute to documentation initiatives.
• Engage in testing and implementation of new payroll systems or updates.
• Report to the Payroll Manager within the Corporate structure.
• An associate degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• At least 3 years of payroll processing experience within an APAC country.
• Knowledge of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting requirements.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated experience processing high-volume transactions while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping (preferred).
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and team members (preferred).
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a regional payroll setting (preferred).
