This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the complete payroll process for Danish clients.
• Manage any process deviations, evaluate their impact, and propose solutions.
• Take full ownership of change requests throughout the entire process (requirements, pricing, implementation, documentation, training).
• Ensure compliance with both global and local process standards while considering client requirements.
• Regularly maintain and update process documentation (SOPs, DWIs, guidelines).
• Work collaboratively with clients and country teams to guarantee seamless operations and alignment.
• Assist in designing and enhancing standardized processes that can be locally adapted.
• Address payroll cases and serve as the primary escalation point.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery in accordance with SLAs.
• Support system updates, testing, and implementations (including UAT and parallel runs).
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to facilitate efficient payroll processing.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (e.g., tax authorities, benefits providers).
• Manage year-end processing and statutory reporting.
• 1-3 years of experience in processing Danish Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll is highly desirable.
• Experience with international clients and complex payroll operations.
• A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to process improvement and excellence.
• Ability to perform well under pressure while ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in both Danish and English languages.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Concur, Workforce Management, and integration tools is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CPP, CPS, or CPM are a plus.
