This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and implement all tasks associated with payroll processing for candidates.
• Manage timesheets and handle expenses using various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Ensure all financial activities are correctly recorded in the company's CRM, Salesforce.
• Work collaboratively with consultants to efficiently process candidate hours and expenses.
• Perform quality checks on timesheet approvals against vendor self-bills before final payroll submission.
• Assist the Operations Director by preparing and dispatching self-bill invoices to umbrella contacts.
• Conduct regular audits of pay and charge rates within the CRM.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Demonstrated success in payroll administration or related positions.
• Knowledge of UK payroll practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly understand and process information.
• Highly organized, dependable, and dedicated to upholding confidentiality and integrity in all payroll matters.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Payroll Administration.
