Payroll Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Accounting for payroll calculations and employee payments, including full-time staff and gig contractors;

• Calculation of vacation pay, severance compensation, and other disbursements;

• Handling inquiries related to payroll adjustments and calculations;

• Advising employees on matters relating to payroll processing;

• Participating in the automation of payroll accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy of calculations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;

• Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing;

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics;

• Strong data entry skills with an ability to spot numerical errors;

• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
