This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the VP & GM of Payments and Fintech, you will create Payments GTM Operations as a new division at Jobber.

• Identify opportunities, design programs, and conduct experiments to enhance the adoption and utilization of Jobber's payments products.

• Map and reconstruct the complete customer journey regarding payments.

• Test various strategies (e.g., incentives) to boost payments adoption and usage.

• Define the key metrics for payments GTM and hold yourself accountable for achieving them.

• Foster strong working relationships across GTM teams, Product, RevOps, Analytics, and more.

• Utilize data and qualitative insights to uncover opportunities, assess their scope, conduct experiments, and evaluate outcomes.

• Stay informed about the activities of other vertical SaaS and embedded payments companies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in operations and strategy, ideally with a combination of both.

• A comprehensive understanding of payments and financial services business models, metrics, and growth strategies is preferred.

• Strong analytical instincts; you leverage analytics to assess impact, make informed decisions, and optimize performance.

• Familiarity with languages such as SQL for manipulating large datasets is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable operational processes that enhance efficiency and promote growth.

• A genuine passion for aiding small businesses in thriving through innovative financial solutions.

• An inquisitive nature and a growth-oriented mindset.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

• A preference for thriving in an ambiguous and fast-paced working environment.
