πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients regarding their requests.

β€’ Handle client inquiries efficiently and economically, in compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

β€’ Assume responsibility for the overall management and resolution of a designated portfolio of support issues.

β€’ Collaborate with delivery teams to gather requirements for change requests.

β€’ Offer product setup and configuration for deliverables or to address live production challenges.

β€’ Lead problem management initiatives within the support scope, performing root cause analysis and instituting preventative strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Do you possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Support Analyst? * Yes No

β€’ Do you have direct experience with card payment systems? * Yes No

β€’ Engage in out-of-hours support as needed, in accordance with relevant SLAs.

β€’ Contribute to the review of detailed test cases with the QA team to ensure alignment with client requirements and represent end-users during the UAT phase.

β€’ Assist end clients throughout the UAT process, ensuring timely progress to meet the agreed release date.
