This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients regarding their requests.
β’ Handle client inquiries efficiently and economically, in compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
β’ Assume responsibility for the overall management and resolution of a designated portfolio of support issues.
β’ Collaborate with delivery teams to gather requirements for change requests.
β’ Offer product setup and configuration for deliverables or to address live production challenges.
β’ Lead problem management initiatives within the support scope, performing root cause analysis and instituting preventative strategies.
β’ Do you possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Support Analyst? * Yes No
β’ Do you have direct experience with card payment systems? * Yes No
β’ Deliver ongoing production support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of incidents and issues.
β’ Engage in out-of-hours support as needed, in accordance with relevant SLAs.
β’ Contribute to the review of detailed test cases with the QA team to ensure alignment with client requirements and represent end-users during the UAT phase.
β’ Assist end clients throughout the UAT process, ensuring timely progress to meet the agreed release date.
