
Payment Product Manager β Clearing & Settlement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Oversee the product design and enhancement of the company's payment middle platform, order system, and clearing module in Europe and Latin America, acting as the primary leader for the company's essential payment infrastructure product line.
β’ Propel the product development roadmap and execution for the global fiat payment platform, concentrating on backend functionalities.
β’ Direct the design of the complete lifecycle management system for orders: covering order creation, status transitions, timeout management, and reconciliation closure.
β’ Craft the clearing system: including T+0/T+1 settlement strategies, multi-currency reconciliation regulations, error management, and fund verification processes.
β’ Suggest integration strategies for global payment channels (PSPs, banking networks, local payment methods), guaranteeing scalable and standardized integration frameworks.
β’ Develop and enhance core system modules, focusing on transaction lifecycle management, success rate enhancement, latency reduction, and failure resolution.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and finance teams to establish robust systems for settlement, reconciliation, and fund flow management.
β’ Spearhead platform-level enhancements to facilitate global scalability, including multi-region architecture, localization frameworks, and system abstraction.
β’ Establish and track key system metrics (e.g., success rate, latency, reliability), driving continuous optimization through data analysis and experimentation.
β’ Work alongside internal product teams (e.g., wallet, account, growth infrastructure) to guarantee seamless integration of payment capabilities within the ecosystem.
β’ Function as a strong individual contributor, proactively addressing system gaps and driving comprehensive execution in a complex environment.
β’ 6β10+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or platform/infrastructure products.
β’ Significant experience in payment systems, such as payment orchestration, transaction platforms, or cashier/back-end payment systems.
β’ Profound understanding of the payment lifecycle, including routing, retries, success rate optimization, and failure management.
β’ Acquainted with backend system design and APIs; comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams on system architecture.
β’ Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience utilizing metrics to inform product decisions.
β’ Proven capability to manage intricate, cross-functional projects in a global or multi-region setting.
β’ Demonstrated ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
