This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of designing and delivering training and communication strategies for designated state and payer initiatives.
• Create training and adoption frameworks that encompass program objectives, scope, deliverables, and strategic alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
• Oversee multiple projects, monitor progress, identify dependencies, resolve challenges, and anticipate future training and outreach requirements.
• Provide program updates and manage expectations effectively with senior leadership, team members, and clients.
• Recognize risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and tackle issues impacting program success.
• Collaborate across functions to achieve consensus and ensure efficient program execution.
• Design, monitor, evaluate, and enhance adoption scorecards for assigned payers.
• Understand market nuances, product functionalities, workflows, and best practices, transforming complex ideas into accessible offerings.
• Engage directly with providers as necessary to facilitate successful solution adoption.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training program development and management.
• Capability to lead and influence without formal authority while fostering consensus.
• In-depth knowledge of instructional design, virtual classroom facilitation, and assessing training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience training customers on software or technology.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and handling complex workflows.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Background in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in healthcare technology is preferred.
• Ability to distill complex subjects into clear, understandable content.
• Exceptional oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive individual with a track record of successfully managing training projects.
• Adaptability, transparency, and a team-oriented mindset in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong people management expertise and experience in cross-functional delivery.
• Demonstrated customer empathy and a passion for driving revenue and growth.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%, including overnight trips.
