This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Oversee daily project management for payer implementations, which includes creating project plans, managing workstreams, establishing timelines, and addressing open items across Chamber teams and payer partners.

• Assist in implementations from the contracting phase to go-live by monitoring decisions, follow-ups, and outstanding requirements.

• Take ownership of intake and documentation for incoming payer requests, ensuring that priorities and next steps are clearly defined.

• Develop payer-facing project plans, presentation decks, implementation updates, and decision logs.

• Directly engage with payer partners during implementation calls to manage deliverables, document decisions, and coordinate next steps.

• Lead selected implementation calls and support broader payer relationship meetings.

• Coordinate implementation workstreams with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, and Legal teams.

• Assist in post-launch payer account management, which includes monitoring data feeds, identifying reporting needs, and conducting operational follow-ups.

• Contribute to building Chamber’s payer implementation playbook by documenting repeatable processes, lessons learned, and enhancements.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in client-facing implementation roles within the healthcare sector, preferably with direct experience working with health plans.

• Strong project management abilities, including the capability to build project plans from scratch and manage multiple workstreams effectively.

• Proven ability to maintain progress with minimal oversight.

• Competence in prioritizing competing demands while maintaining a focus on key objectives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Sound judgment and presence to represent Chamber professionally in interactions with payer partners.

• Comfort with working in a startup environment characterized by shifting priorities and evolving structures.

• Capacity to learn swiftly, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and work independently.

• Willingness to utilize AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
