Payer Configuration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a team of configuration analysts to guarantee the successful implementation of a fully configured HealthRules system.

• Ensure alignment of implementation activities with company standards and verify that all project milestones and objectives are achieved.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team, offering guidance and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience or knowledge of HealthRules Payor, a claims processing system, is essential.

• Experience in implementing one or more lines of business, including Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial, Self-funded, etc., is necessary.

• Experience in an offshore model is required.
