Associate Technical Partnership Development Manager – DevTools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively collaborate with builders and platforms utilizing Supabase, particularly in contemporary “vibe coding” settings.

• Partner closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales) to facilitate the execution of a pipeline of partnership opportunities.

• Oversee onboarded partners, offering co-marketing support to enhance partner adoption.

• Track trends in AI-assisted development, open-source infrastructure, and developer workflows to pinpoint new ecosystem opportunities.

• Contribute to expanding Supabase’s visibility within next-generation coding platforms by fostering relationships with founders, developers, and platform teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate in a technical discipline, or 2–5 years of professional experience (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, or Solutions Engineering/Architecture).

• Knowledge of open-source technologies, SaaS models, or developer ecosystems, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) server-based integration.

• Proven experience in market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development, preferably within the open-source domain.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, capable of identifying trends and evaluating business opportunities.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to engage stakeholders and present insights effectively.

• Self-driven, proactive, and adept at managing projects autonomously.

• Nice to Have: Experience in developing side projects or prototypes utilizing Supabase alongside AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0, etc.).

• Familiarity with open-source communities or developer Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

• Internship or early experience in AI startups and/or developer tooling firms.

• Exposure to AI/LLM-driven developer tools and workflows.
