📋 Description

• Safeguarding Ad Spend: You will conduct systematic audits of client accounts every 36 to 48 hours, closely monitoring budget pacing to avert overspending and promptly addressing any unnecessary expenditures.

• Enhancing Campaign Clarity: By ensuring precise data accuracy and extracting insights from Google Ads and Analytics, you will transform intricate metrics into actionable weekly flash reports and clear Looker Studio dashboards.

• Establishing the Foundation: You will perform thorough keyword research, pinpoint essential negative keywords, and execute ad setups flawlessly to guarantee that client campaigns launch effectively and target the appropriate audience.

• Gaining Your Independence: You will start under a structured prior-approval protocol, carefully documenting your activities in an Optimization Journal. As you demonstrate your proficiency in our SOPs and systems during your 90-day probation, you will earn the capability to implement independent, high-level changes on the platform.

• A Growth-Oriented Marketer: You have a fundamental understanding of PPC principles (keywords, match types, bidding, quality score) and are eager to gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of senior team members.

• A Proactive Problem Solver: With excellent written English skills, you do not just overlook formatting—you analyze the data. You are quick to identify sudden drops in metrics, policy breaches, or malfunctioning conversion tracking tags.

• Tech-Savvy: You navigate Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and team collaboration tools like Slack and Asana with ease, and you are familiar with pivot tables and basic formulas in Excel or Google Sheets.
