Pay-Out Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the product backlog for Pay-Out, including feature definition, prioritization, and sprint management.

• Lead the complete development cycle in partnership with engineering and business analysts.

• Execute market research and formulate go-to-market strategies for new segments and products.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather feedback, convert it into product requirements, and communicate updates effectively.

• Actively engage in sales discussions to collect direct market feedback (customer discovery).

• Create comprehensive value chains for new segments, encompassing technical infrastructure, legal/compliance setup, support processes, and sales playbooks.

• Ensure the proper execution of legal and financial operations for the direction.

• Monitor and manage P&L, budgets, and sales funnels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the payments industry, focusing on payout flows such as disbursements, money remittance, payroll, or creator economy payouts.

• Practical experience with various payout channels, including Visa/Mastercard push, alternative payment methods, and cross-border payouts outside of Europe.

• Experience collaborating with payment providers, demonstrating the ability to navigate KYB, compliance requirements, and establish long-term partnerships.

• Strong grasp of unit economics, P&L, and sales funnel management.

• Familiarity with product methodologies, including Agile, backlog management, roadmap planning, and prioritization frameworks.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in daily workflows (beyond basic ChatGPT usage).
