Pattern Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Define the visual identity of BURGA by creating distinctive, trend-focused patterns for tech and fashion accessories.

• Collaborate with directors, designers, and product teams to set a unique design direction.

• Investigate fashion, streetwear, and accessory trends to guarantee our designs are contemporary, relevant, and in demand.

• Maintain design consistency and a unified aesthetic across all products.

• Work in close partnership with marketing and creative teams to realize pattern designs in promotional materials and campaigns.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to enhance the design process continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in pattern design, textile design, or a related graphic design area.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in patterns and graphics, ideally with a focus on fashion.

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other pertinent design software.

• Good grasp of design principles, color theory, and composition, with the ability to customize designs for a male audience.

• Extensive knowledge of fashion and accessory trends, including prints, textures, colors, and aesthetics that resonate with today’s market.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, creative setting.

• Enthusiastic about innovation, aesthetics, and creating impactful designs.

• Proficient in English.
