This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +1 more country.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather absence and time tracking requirements from client organizations.

• Configure Workday Absence Management, including accrual rules, eligibility criteria, absence plans, and calendars.

• Set up Workday Time Tracking, focusing on time entry templates, time calculations, overtime policies, and scheduling.

• Design and establish integrations between Time Tracking, Absence, and downstream Payroll systems.

• Conduct workshops, prototype reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with client teams.

• Create functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

• Diagnose production issues and provide recommendations for resolutions in alignment with Workday best practices.

• Assist during the go-live and hypercare stages, including data validation and cutover planning.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Albida's delivery methodology.

• Over 3 years of direct Workday configuration experience in Absence Management and/or Time Tracking.

• Completion of at least one full lifecycle implementation from design to go-live.

• Profound understanding of accrual calculations, overtime rules, and intricate scheduling patterns.

• Proven experience in gathering requirements directly from client stakeholders rather than solely from internal teams.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements comfortably.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be presenting to executive sponsors.

• Workday Pro Certification in Absence Management and/or Time Tracking is preferred.
